“Saona Island is a beatyfull place 🏝️ But you should not expect 4 hours at the island. Expect more time travelling and time to stop at the souvenir shop than descibed. We were lucky that we visited Altos de Chavon early, and there was only 2 other couples in our group (maybe lucky?). In fact the 6 of us were the only people at Altos de Chavon for nearly an hour. “This was a very expensive boat ride for $65 a piece and nothing was included. We had slices of watermelon. We were told if there were more people we would get a better snack that was not said on the website I felt very misled.”
