Our tour lasted longer than it should, I got Stuck on the zipline and they wasn’t even prepared to come out to get me. then almost a min to start coming towards. They had to put on harness. I feel As they should always be harness up for emergencies. They also left us at a spot by our selves with no attendant there. that’s a safety issue.”
