My clients were refused entry for two hours despite producing proof of payment with their names. Once things were settled, the club manager blamed the agent instead of being professional and caring for the customer. All in all, I have visited myself as a customer, and it was a good time. I wish customer service was better. I am debating if I will continue to use it if I am not present with the client.”
