“The excursion and activities itself were excellent. Communication was great and the transfer arrived on time. We paid for the Jet Skiing and got access to the small waterpark, zip lining and pool. Those were all incredible. The jet skis were so cool, the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating considering we spoke very limited Spanish. This truly would’ve been a 5 star review, however, we ordered food and drinks at the small restaurant in the park. Now the food itself actually tasted incredible, was cooked quickly, portion sizes are very big, it’s very cheap, and the server was super friendly. However I couldn’t finish the entire pizza to myself…”

“Absolutely amazing! Not sure if it changes but we went in November, this ticket gets you to all the main activities and more. They were very accommodating to ensure we did everything, they got us a 2pm taxi so we could finish and even took us to KFC on the way back for a small tip. 9-1 can be a bit pressed for time with how much there is to do and set up and safety check etc so I wouldn’t daly and head quickly to where directed and if busy ask if there’s another activity free to do in the meantime. Wasn’t a buffet so dunno where people are…”

“Not worth it. We had to stay in a circuit, you are not in the ocean, and don’t get any free time to go fast on the Jetski’s. Been to many countries this one cost the most and wasn’t what we expected, every other country I went too let us go in the ocean and have free time on the Jetski’s so we can see whales and dolphins etc.”

“There was no experience, paid in full, never picked me up. Didn’t answer phone until five hours later, customer support tried to convince us to sit and wait. Sat outside for an hour waiting to be picked up. Still waiting on my refund”
